At PKR 74,999, it’s super charging technology along with chasing battery life, camera speed and durability all at once — usually a trade-off at this price point
Lahore, September 16th 2026: TECNO has just brought the SPARK 50 Pro to Pakistan, and it’s easy to see what the phone is built to argue against: batteries that die by evening, cameras that blur every photo of a moving kid or pet, and screens that crack the first time the phone meets a tiled floor. It’s part of the brand’s “Never Miss Out” push, priced at PKR 74,999 for the 8GB+128GB version, and it’s already sitting on shelves nationwide in four colours, Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Dynamic Orange and Midnight Blue.
Battery anxiety is the first thing TECNO tries to kill off. The SPARK 50 Pro’s 60W Super Charge gets a dead phone back to 100% in under an hour, backed by a 6000mAh cell, and even a rushed 15-minute charge is enough to get through the rest of the day. TECNO says the battery is good for over 1,900 charge cycles, ensuring six years of normal use. There’s also some thought put into keeping the battery healthy long-term: Super Charge, Smart Charge and Low-Temp Charge modes adjust depending on what you’re doing, and AI Charging Protection steps in to avoid unnecessary wear.
For the camera, TECNO went with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor and leaned into speed. FlashSnap uses a 1/10,000-second shutter to fire off six shots in five seconds, which is the difference between catching a moment and catching a blur when something’s actually moving. BestMoment then quietly picks the sharpest frame out of the burst, so you’re not stuck scrolling through five near-identical photos trying to find the one that’s in focus.
Then there’s the part most phones in this range skip entirely: durability that’s actually been tested by someone other than the manufacturer. The SPARK 50 Pro carries IP68 protection down to 6 metres of water for 30 minutes, the deepest rating in its class, plus IP69 for high-pressure jets and Level 6 dust protection. It has also earned SGS’s Five-Star Premium Drop certification, having survived 41 drops from various angles and heights of up to 1.8 metres. None of that is TECNO’s own claim; it’s independently verified, which is usually the difference between marketing and a phone that actually survives your pocket.
